It looks like Zach Wilson and the NY Jets have found a very interesting loophole in the NFL's Rule.

Lived in all places. You sir are correct. I live 15 minutes from the Jets facility. Most of the players live in the Northern NJ suburbs.

They like big houses and we have plenty of them.

But it can be pretty pricey for being “Utah”.  Zach is from Draper which is a suburb of Salt Lake City.  A decent house there will set you back $600K+ easily. 

No athlete with any cache is living in a house in draper for under 2.5 million.   Housing in Salt lake is going through the roof.   You can't get a decent house for 600K in a good hood unless it's a tear down.  

Housing in Utah is going crazy.

A large part of that payout would go to ZW2 founder and president Mr. Zachary Kapono (which my autocorrect turned to “aka-Onondaga”) Wilson. After which Zach would sign a team friendly extension and all are happy.

 Problem solved.

Funny. I am not sure what the difference between Utah and some of the more secluded parts of LA. My guess is that she isn't a city gal - but outside New Orleans, you can find the 'quiet life'; maybe the weather? Also, New Orleans is nothing like NYC; okay during Mardi Gras; maybe it is her family.

Why couldn't she stay in Utah for an extra month and still stay together? I think it is the 8 months in NY/NJ that is really the problem, or she found out that she doesn't want to be QB wife. Or, maybe she wanted to be a wife, and he wasn't ready?

My father was offered a transfer to Utica. He asked for a family vote and the only positive thing (we were kids and didn’t care about his pay) was that we’d have to get cable. It was unanimous. No.

Honestly though, Iowa is a great place to live.  I’m sure Utah is too.  I’m sure for millions of people NYC is.  

My father lived in Wichita for years and I was in the Chicago suburbs.  

There's few things I dislike more than driving through Iowa.

Yeah I imagine not.  I think the first 100-200 miles west of the Mississippi are very beautiful  personally.  I live in that part of the state. Very scenic river valleys and great rolling hills etc. However the farther west you get the flatter it gets an is very much like Nebraska and Kansas.  And that is a much bigger part of the state as Iowa is actually quite big east pto west from a land area stand point.

Utica isn’t the NY metro area and isn’t relevant to what we’re talking about.

Part of the issue is the cultural comparison. The wealthy NYC suburbs are very different than Provo or Salt Lake City. Same with Utica.

Point being that Utica is more of a closer approximation to Utah than anywhere downstate NY could ever be.
