I think his language was completely intentional based upon the political BS that’s been thrust upon this country.

He could not state his true thoughts without being excoriated by the woke public.

He should have said “f*ck off, I’m not cow-towing to this crap” but he would have been buried even worse. The cracks in the narrative have started to slowly leak out.

Things that were said to a certitude a year ago are being slowly and strategically walked back.

Let’s not lock this thread. You know what’s going on.

So he's a coward. Got it.

Can you guys go 1 day without this covid discussion. Go whine on facebook nobody wants to read this on a football forum. Let's get back to agreeing Aaron Rodgers choked today.

As long as we agree the O-Line, receivers besides Adams, special teams and run defense also choked today.

Also that Rodgers did not play poorly, just that he did not do "enough" in snowy 0 degree weather.

Manning, Brees, Roethlisberger, Favre, (the list goes on) are all choke artists like Rodgers too because we live in a world where if you're not young and hot like Mahomes/Burrow or haven't won 7 superbowls like Brady, you're overhyped.

Rodgers cost me some mula today. Thank God the Bengals came through for me so I just about broke even. I couldn't of handled losing money to both notorious game manager quarterbacks today.

Coming into today the only game I felt comfortable betting on this weekend was KC -1.5. But naturally I got the itch so I bet the over on Derrick Henry yardage (L) and I bet Packers (L). Think I’m gonna take a break.

duplicitous.

ANOTHER great word not used enough.

I am going to use “feckless” and “duplicitous” a minimum of 3 times each tomorrow. I’ve gotta figure out a few ways to work them into the conversation.

@PS17

I also find “expedient” a word not used enough. Going to work on that one too.

And so many of those at home as a big favorite

In the first one (2011-2012), they lost as the top seed after going 15-1 to the Giants. They also had the collapse in the title game, blowing the 19-7 lead against Seattle. So many brutal losses.

I still cannot believe after the Packers D stops the 49ers on 4th and 1, then give the ball back to Rodgers at home, at about the 20 yardline, with a touchdown lead with 6:14 left. I felt so confident I had that game laying the 5.5 because the 49ers needed a touchdown to tie it. Then Rodgers proceeds to go backwards with the ball taking a sack setting up that blocked punt for a touchdown. In my honest opinion his legacy in the playoffs is that of a choker. Yes he's got a ring, but he's undone that one season with all the choke jobs. Can't blame Lafleur like he did McCarthy over the years.

I wish we could lose that much in the playoffs after winning a Super Bowl.

Predictable that the media went from ball washing Rodgers and making excuses to trashing him...we all know why.

He gave up and a guy with a lot less talent didn’t.  In crunch time Rodgers disappeared.  MVPs never give up.  Rodgers legacy is on him.  In a team game he’s not tough enough to lead.

Did you watch the game? Literally the ONLY reason they lost was special teams.

Rodgers didnt make a single mistake in a game where controlling the ball was Uber important due to the weather conditions.

Jimmy Garropolo did absolutely nothing. His special teams won him the game.

I would imagine if GB was dumb enough to waste their draft capital on a backup QB instead of more pressing needs, then there are reasons other than Rodgers they dont go the distance.

He literally did nothing.  He’s the league MVP and he looked like he was ready to go inside and drink hot Coco in the 4th quarter when the team was looking for him to lead.

You don’t win Lombardi trophies by not making a single mistake.  You play great for as long as it takes to overcome them.

We got two great games.  They weren’t without mistakes.  The two teams that won played hard every snap.  They were simply mentally tougher teams down the stretch and never gave up.

Brady does everything great but he’s special because he plays tough to the bitter end in every big game.  Rodgers bailed last night

Right ? The same fan base that still tortures itself over not drafting Dan Marino looks at Rodgers resume and mocks it …ok.
