The only thing NFL teams are worse at than assessing NFL talent, is assessing leadership and management skills.

I’ve never seen anything so grossly incompetent. The league is so popular, it doesn’t even hurt them as a business.

This is a unique situation though. You don't often see a GM bring in a guy from the same team that he just left. He observed Daboll in every possible situation for years, so I think he's got a pretty good read on his makeup. Only time will tell, though.
