One side issue of this is to me you have to be VERY careful trotting out % of race hired or not for you arguments.   You need to make a valid and proof ridden argument with out relying on %'s.

%'s can have unintended but valid consequences.

Why would Ross pay Flores to lose when they have Tua, started to winning, and there are no bignames at the top of the draft compared to lat season? Something is not right about this

The allegations stem from the 2019 season.

This is actually great for the Dolphins if Ross has to sell the team. If there’s any owner out there that’s worse than Woody its Ross.

Hold my beer:

Jaguars owner had message for coaches about media leaks

Was not talking about the yacht story.

If he has proof--recordings or texts or the like--that prove Ross offered $$ to lose games--THAT would be the issue for Miami and only Miami.

Nothing to do with race or Rooney rule or certifiable as a class action.

Yes i know u werent talking about miami

Flores was a bad coach. The day he arrived he wanted to be known as a 'genius' and started playing games with players like blasting music at practice that he knew a player hated because they were having a tiff. Oh, and having a tiff with a player within the 1st week. He gave interviews about it and how he was 'trying to motivate' him.

Never had anyone on staff that was any kind of threat to his authority when as a new coach he desperately needed some experience.

Thin skinned dictator.

**** yeah I wish we’d have tanked.

But the owner can’t put pressure on his HC to lose games.  Being put in that position, having that weight on you for years when all you want to do is the right thing, the best job you can and WIN.   I can imagine it, and it feels like ass.

The Rooney rule was designed to put candidates in front of owners for interviews not to magically control the thoughts of owners to not make up their minds before hand.  Everyone already knew these interviews were a shame before this which is why some were against it in the first place.

It was during the 2019/2020 draft. They were allegedly trying to tank during that Burrow, Tua, and Herbert class.

Had they not tanked, they would have had to settle for the 3rd QB. Oops.

Listening to the Michael Kay Show and the little tool Peter Rosenberg is trying SO hard to be a champion for the oppressed.

Such a dick.

Now he's back to crying about Kaep.

I guess Kay gave into the pressure to hire a woman?

Mara being a huge klansman is the only way to explain the hiring of Joe Judge. Case closed.

Pics of sheets and cone shaped masks or it’s not true!

Trouble was brewing in west New York it seems:

"Ironically, during their January 11, 2022 text exchange, Mr. McDonnell also suggested that if Mr. Flores were hired as the Giants Head Coach, Brian Daboll might be interested in leaving Buffalo to serve as his Offensive Coordinator (“Heard Daboll isn’t happy with Sean [McDermott] in Buffalo . . . might be able to get out if he doesn’t get a head job... thoughts?”)."
