RedBeardedSavage
People trumpeting this dude for months cannot reconcile his 40 time with their perception/past statements. Hamilton is a good player and will be a good pro safety, I think his appropriate value is late first round.

BoogSportsGuy
He won't be the pick at 4. Cimini has been the only one trumpetting this take. It's EDGE (JJ, Walker, KT) at 4 and then 10 can be some sort of CB (Sauce) or WR (London, Wilson, Williams) my opinion obviously but I just don't see us taking this leap.

Popular Post HawkeyeJet
If you look at him in the box of a traditional safety, I might agree. I highly, highly doubt he’s going to be used as just a traditionally safety. Many defenses at the College and bleeding into the pro level use a lot of the “big nickel” type defense where a Hybrid S/LB type player plays a blend of LB/S/Slot Corner. Dane Belton played this position at Iowa. Iowa calls it the “Cash” position. For that type of player, his mix of size, athleticism and instincts most certainly is uncommon
ScarletKnight89
I refuse to entertain the idea that Joe Douglas is going to draft a safety at 4. 2 1
BigRy56
I truly don't think that Hamilton is a real consideration at 4. Media loves to continually push on the idea because Jet fans eat it up. JD would go OL before safety IMHO 1

derp
The Jets have disappointed drafting safety early. They've also disappointed drafting defensive tackle early. The 49ers drafted one of those positions early repeatedly. The same position that actually has a unicorn in this draft class. For the record, not suggesting this. Davis scares me as a prospect. But this is the position that has a hole and the Jets seem to value. Would be classic draft to have Jets fans relieved they didn't take Hamilton only to have them take Davis. 1 1 1
LAD_Brooklyn
Marcus Williams formerly of the Saints runs the same 40. I have no problem highly considering the kid if he's available at 10. It seems like poster are trying to be the equalizers as far as bringing the media's talking points to a stop. Unfortunately l, they don't post hear to make that pivot.
