I never complained about the players we got at all lol.

You don't pass on an AJ Brown if he's available. You don't. But hey we get that precious cap space that carries us to 4 wins every year.

The main problem with Brown is this...

I'm not low on the players we drafted.

It's the player we passed up that is unforgivable.

Your reaction is just so far over the top it's somewhat absurd.  It is clear that JD did not value AJ Brown to give up the #10 pick for him, which is what it would have taken (because Tennessee wanted Burks)

The cheap trade-ups still there to be had.

Thats pretty much draft chart equality..  Its also a good trade for the Pats.. So many good players between 20-100, its kinda hard to separate all the talent at this point.

Scared?

Getting the best CB and one of the top 2 receivers.

If that's scared, then I hope he stays frightened for the second round.

Low floor, low ceiling isn't how you win championships...

It's how you you win 10 games and lose in the wildcard round.

This is the area of the draft Karlaftis and Johnson should’ve been all along. A move up for one of those guys would be great. Fall would be even better. If they can somehow land Linderbaum and Karlaftis/Johnson/Mafe/Ojabo with 35/38 possibly including a trade up for one of the edges I’ll be a happy camper.

People were advocating JJ or Karlaftis at 10 over WR and I never understood that.

Can everyone put the pitchforks away until we get some  info from behind the scenes? What if Brown said “I won’t sign an extension with the Jets”? What if TENN wouldn’t trade him within the division? The real story will leak.
