Exactly. 

Hamilton is a luxury pick. He's an awesome prospect at a non premium position. The Jets had major holes at WR, EDGE, arguably CB, and arguably tackle (although overblown IMO). They couldn't afford to use a top ten pick on a safety. 

The Ravens have a top 5-10 roster. The Jets are trying to become the Ravens. 

The teams are in different universes.

Nobody said the Bills draft was bad but the Jets did have a great draft and were graded A's across the board. The Dolphins and Pats were bad.
