TLDR Version:  He ran a 4.4 something at Rich Eisen's thing, now NFL teams are (supposedly) calling him to maybe get him a spot on a roster somewhere.

Always liked him, seems like a good dude. IMO he was built like a sprinter which didn't help. Wasn't there some controversy about a knee injury in a playoff game too with Dr James Andrews?

The Foreskins rushed him back into service after an injury for a first round playoff game IIRC in his rookie year, and his knee then got fully trashed in that game. A big hubub over that which contributed to the coach getting the axe in the aftermath.  He never got the starting gig back there with the coaching carousel, never got a good chance to be starter again, and then became the fringe player he is now. Hope he saved his money.
