Interesting. This has him as 27

He was 2019 UDFA so this will be his 4th season.

He's only 23 I believe. I was perusing the eagles board, and the majority are disappointed with his release. They said he played well as a back up and could be a starter for some teams.

Gives us some nice flexibility along the OL.  He is a solid starter who can back up AVT and Tomlinson, plus if Becton struggles to get on the field, we can move AVT to RT and slide Herbig in.

Would be an added bonus if he could learn to play Center (don't think he has in eitehr Philly or at Stanford), but it would be nice if he could learn the position this season and give us an option to let Mcgovern walk next offseason.

Interesting. That site has his DOB as Oct 1994, other places incl. Wikipedia show July 10, 1998 as his DOB.

Herbig-gate :)

He came out of Stanford as a junior, that much we know.

That's what I said!

Excellent addition.  He is a triple threat.

Younger than GVR.  Cheaper than GVR.  Better than GVR.

Will GVR be cut because of this?
