Thibs just paid their kicker 50k for #5. But I also get it- i like that Sauce wants #1. I like that it means something like to him. And you associate players with their #’s. Kenny O’Brien was my childhood QB and every time I see a 7 it reminds me of him (surprisingly in a good way). How bout Namath’s 12- iconic. Point is #1 is a badass number for a CB to want.
