It sounds like tampering with someone's car horn to have it play the "baby shark" tune would fall under this category.

In this case Juedy may have destroyed or attempted to destroy the "victims" phone. As minor as it sounds, it's a major offense in court. This would impedes one ability to call for help. So if you find something dirty in your partners phone. Do not throw it. Place it down. But on the other hands, I've seen men clothes get thrown outside. Wouldn't that be a similar charge?

It's the same as with a "hate" crime, in essence it increases the punishment because of that specific charge.... ex, assault as a "hate" crime will carry more time to serve or a greater fine because of the "hate" charge... with the domestic violence offense the "enhancer" does the same thing... Juedy may also get a couple of games suspension because of it.

What was the DV? Is he being charged or was charged for it in the past? Or is it basically intimidation?
