Jets 2022 Full Schedule

Recommended Posts

I would expect that we’ll see Watson in week 2. League won’t suspend Watson until 2023.  Mostly to punish him for the way he and the Browns structured his contract.

If he’s suspended in 2022 it will cost Watson $55K per week. ( $1 million base paid over 18 weeks)

If he’s suspended in 2023 it will cost him $2.55 million per week. ($46 million base paid over 18 weeks)

Browns week two is a nice break. Half of the “brutal” teams we are talking about will come back to earth this year. And half of the teams we think will stink will perform better. It’s the nature of the league. Let’s not cower.

Nice. Someone on here has balls.

Why is everyone saying this

Ravens - 500’team with no recievers

browns - backup qb

Bengals - We beat them once

Steelers - You all fear Kenny picket?

Fins - Tua?? Cmon

GB - Good but not as good as last year losing adams

Broncos - Another 500 team

Pats- Won’t be good This year

Bills - ok we may lose here 55-10

Run heavy teams and the jets got smoked on the ground last year... Oh and their defenses are no joke too... Well if we want to be a good team we've to beat good teams so you're kinda right

There is a legitimate chance we go 0-9 to start the season.

That is such a BS schedule.

The NFL put the hardest teams on our schedule, all in a row.

Yea, but we finish easy, our bye week is in a great place, and are a lot of these teams really that brutal?

Ravens have no WRs (As many have now pointed out), and their defense probably isn't going to be amazing

Steelers have no clear cut QB because all of them suck, and their OL and defense consistently falls apart despite having some good players

If the Browns don't have DW Jets have quite a chance at them

Russel Wilson is on the decline

Patriots suck

Dolphins kind of suck

Packers and Bengals are both probably the 2 hardest teams in the first 9 games and they both got worse over the offseason (And in the Bengals case we reaped their losses).

I'm not pulling a SAR and expecting way too much from this team but a lot of this 'BS' schedule isn't as bad as you think.

We might have started 0-9 with this schedule 2 years ago, but this isn't 2 years ago. This is now.

The Jets are not going 17-0 but they will also be much better than last season.

It’s weird that they play their first four against the AFC North and weird that their final two are on the road.   This team has improved and we will finally get to see that this season. Next year the complaints will be we have 2-3 prime time home games.

I’ll be there; I just got tickets with the lady.  I’d definitely be down to come by a tailgate @Maxman!!!

That works for me, I am scheduled to talk to the Jets tomorrow (Friday - well today now).

I will start a thread on it to see who is interested.  Great idea, thanks.

No way, that year with Rex. I forget the specifics but the first 5 games were brutal.

Everyone but the Ravens, Dolphins and the Bengals we play in the first 9 games was a top 10 pass decence last season. The Ravens have invested everything into that unit and the Bengals were in the Superbowl.

I think more than anything I was looking for Zach to be eased in but that is an absolute gauntlet he has to get through. Obviously a lot changes year to year and hopefully some of those groups drop off.

Dolphins is now a must win for sure and hopefully Watson is suspended. That Ravens game may be decided by which rookies come out playing.

If this is true, that is a BRUTAL first half of the season.

Why why why why why do we always get saddled with a brutal schedule when we have sucked for the last 10 years. This nonsense of rotating conferences just continues to plague weaker teams.
