IndianaJet
I would expect that we’ll see Watson in week 2. League won’t suspend Watson until 2023. Mostly to punish him for the way he and the Browns structured his contract. If he’s suspended in 2022 it will cost Watson $55K per week. ( $1 million base paid over 18 weeks) If he’s suspended in 2023 it will cost him $2.55 million per week. ($46 million base paid over 18 weeks)
Popular Post Alentador31
A lot of you sound like babies. Good teams find a way to beat good teams. Many of you were hype for the season just a day ago. Now you're scared? It's time for this team to grow. 5

Hex
2 hours ago, Facts said: There is a legitimate chance we go 0-9 to start the season. That is such a BS schedule. The NFL put the hardest teams on our schedule, all in a row. Yea, but we finish easy, our bye week is in a great place, and are a lot of these teams really that brutal? Ravens have no WRs (As many have now pointed out), and their defense probably isn't going to be amazing Steelers have no clear cut QB because all of them suck, and their OL and defense consistently falls apart despite having some good players If the Browns don't have DW Jets have quite a chance at them Russel Wilson is on the decline Patriots suck Dolphins kind of suck Packers and Bengals are both probably the 2 hardest teams in the first 9 games and they both got worse over the offseason (And in the Bengals case we reaped their losses). I'm not pulling a SAR and expecting way too much from this team but a lot of this 'BS' schedule isn't as bad as you think. We might have started 0-9 with this schedule 2 years ago, but this isn't 2 years ago. This is now.

Popular Post Supersonic
Funny how everyone was so pumped after the draft, and now nothing but negativity. The Jets should be a much better and more competitive team this season, that's what we all believe. But now we've got the majority talking out of both sides of their mouths. This team can just as easily be magic as it could be a disaster - there's not just one end of a spectrum. If YOU are a Jets fan, and you're gonna make a prediction, predict with your heart and hope. My guess is people have to preach "same ol' Jets" because they they're afraid of egg on their faces. Well, I'll take every last egg you got. If I have to eat crow, so be it. Not like I haven't been there before. I'm a Jets fan. Week 1 - they beat the Ravens, Jackson is put on his @ss 4 times, Zach throws for 2 TD's, Breece runs for one (for 48 yds), and they win the game 24-17. I've already got a pair, nothing needs to grow here.
Lot K Tailgaters
The Jets are not going 17-0 but they will also be much better than last season. It’s weird that they play their first four against the AFC North and weird that their final two are on the road. This team has improved and we will finally get to see that this season. Next year the complaints will be we have 2-3 prime time home games.
Greenseed4
It’s hard to predict W/L’s before all of the off-season legal shenanigans, finalized free agency additions, summer-camp roster cuts, and pre-season injuries take place. As Jets fans, we should know better by now!

Everyone but the Ravens, Dolphins and the Bengals we play in the first 9 games was a top 10 pass decence last season. The Ravens have invested everything into that unit and the Bengals were in the Superbowl. I think more than anything I was looking for Zach to be eased in but that is an absolute gauntlet he has to get through. Obviously a lot changes year to year and hopefully some of those groups drop off. Dolphins is now a must win for sure and hopefully Watson is suspended. That Ravens game may be decided by which rookies come out playing.
DetroitRed
At least we know what to do on defense week 1. Ravens have 3 career touchdowns from their entire WR group. Jets can certainly lose, but this game does not scare.
