jeremy2020
I think they should make it like that old Sega Genesis game "Mutant League Football" with like traps on the field
TuscanyTile2
How about a runner-up game for the 2 losing teams of the conference championships? Award gold silver and bronze medals to the top 3 teams at the end of the year. Yeah, that'll never work.
Untouchable
Haven’t even watched it in over 20 years. It’s literally two hand touch at this point. Just get rid of the game itself and do the little goofy skills competitions for those who are interested.

rtnelson
They should do it after the season and turn it in to a charity event. Do fun things with the players like competition cornhole or tailgate grilling, invite some champion HS football teams to meet their favorite players and donate a lot of money to a good cause(s).
DoubleDown
Well overdue. Personally, I like the idea of non-football related competitions. Think World's Strongest Man type competitions for the big guys and American Ninja Warrior type competitions for the small guys. How about a basketball dunk contest, a fastball pitching contest, a golf driving contest, etc.? Get creative. It would be alot of fun. I bet the players would make it competitive (unlike the current football "game"), and the TV ratings would be decent.
Jet Life
The pro bowl / all star games are for children. There is a reason none of us have watched it in 20 years. Just make it a flag game with skill challenges

The Pro Bowl isn't football anymore - it is entertainment. In those flag games the players will go all out to win and they can do that without getting hurt. They will want the trophy. It will create some good competition and a good show for the fans. Thats all you can ask for anymore. There can and maybe should be other kinds of competitions also but a game or some games are also needed.
FootballLove
We've allowed the game become a joke...a laughing stock of the world. F the stupid game. Make them play a REAL game. Hits, sacks and all. With a play schedule for every QB, WR, etc. Fans will know "Zack Wilson will be the 2nd AFC QB and play the entire 2nd Qtr". Put that sh*t out ahead of time. But to make them play a real game, there has to be real money. Pay them whatever and however you need to. Also award extra big bucks for top QB, top WR, etc. Put so much money and awards like travel packages to Aruba or some sh*t. MVP gets a new 2024 $120K tricked out F350. Make it a game the world would LOVE to watch. The revenue would be so steep they could pay the men ten times over. I'd watch it!
naturalscience
I love the suggestions of stupid human tricks for fan entertainment. It's supposed to be a showcase of the elite talent of the best in the game. Since the actual game is NOT that they should kill it and use whatever funds that would be invested in it to increase the pay of all the poorly paid stadium workers. undertow
I never understood why grown adults are so passionate about cancelling these all-stars game they are mostly meant for 12 year old's to promote the sport just stop watching if you don't like them senior citizens getting all hysterical about them is pathetic. A perennial pro bowler at a non premium position outside of his rookie contract probably makes 10 mil a year. Assuming he plays 50 snaps a game, he makes 12k a snap. And you want to offer this guy a travel package to Aruba which would cost what, $15-20k? A “tricked out” 120k truck would be equivalent of 10 regular season snaps. For an elite QB, he makes about 50k a snap. A tricked out Ford isn’t necessarily on their mind to risk an injury. Big bucks would need to be multi million dollar award for the players to risk their health.

20andOut
Make it an awards show like the Emmys or Oscars. Todays social media focused players will love it. ESPN will pay the league a gogillion dollars to air it. Still nobody will watch, but the league and the players will be happy

Keep it the week before the Super Bowl. Cancel the game and do an old school skills show case. Hell 7 on 7 flag would be more fun than watching the pro bowl at this point in time.
