Years ago I read a story about Kenny Stabler, and his life style living  on what they called the Redneck Riviera. I want to say it was the Muscle Shoals area in Alabama?
When I read the part about him reading game plans from the light of a juke box, he became my favorite NFL player. I like a QB with an edge to him. It’s why I root for guys like Minshew and Mayfield.

Refrigerated Railcars have been known as "Reefers" since their inception.  Prior to the words use in the 30's for Pot.

It's a Train-Nerd joke.  It might be funny to a fellow Train-Nerd (or "Foamer", as they're often called).
