Jet9
Easily my favorite movie. Remember when Paulie slaps Henry in the face while telling him to not be selling drugs? Paul Sorvino did that on his own and the surprised reaction from Henry (Ray) is not acting. I liked him in other stuff as well. Good call on him playing the father in Blow. RIP. Gone too soon. Beerfish
One of the few movies I will always stop and watch to the end if I come across it while channel surfing is Goodfellas. Masterpiece of a movie.

We are all in narrow windows of life expectancy due to many things including genetics. For me it will be a bit of a triumph to get to 67 just due to family genetics and history. 1

rangerous
he died way too young. never really liked his acting. his characters were always a little slimy. remember when hopkins ate his brains in hannibal? but yes, goodfellas was a really good movie and liotta played his part very well.

I'm in good shape and reasonably healthy. But once you pass 65, longevity gets a bit tenuous.

I'm pondering quitting my job and I have no plan for what to do if I do (and my plan sorta requires I don't quit). Feels like if I don't, the job my kill me of stress, a sedentary worklife and a heart attack long before I reach the goal. I'll figure it out.
