Popular Post Warfish
Roger's politics aside, it was a spectacular and fun show. Live Floyd, of any original member variety (Roger, Dave, even Nick's 60's Era Revival with Saucerful of Secrets) is a ton of fun for me. But this time, I put some effort into getting close up...three years ago when these tickets were first on sale, lol. Then COVID happened, and the tour was delayed, twice, till this week. It was worth it tho, had seats right up next to the side-stage, and was able to catch this vid of one of my favorites, Wish You Were Here. Possibly the closest I've ever been to a rock star whilst performing. So I though I'd share it with you all: 4
Popular Post Warfish
And for kicks, I found a YouTube filmed from the opposite side, where I can be seen pretty clearly since the spotlight was directly in line from light->Roger-> Me. Gives an idea how close I was. 3
RutgersJetFan
Very small handful of artists I’d shell out for seats like that and Waters is definitely one of them. Pretty awesome.

southparkcpa
Loved the Animals album but for some reason…. Floyd never appealed to me. Had a music teacher in college that used a line…This is great music. This isn’t garbage, this isn’t Pink Floyd.

I don't understand how anyone can listen to David Gilmour and not think he's brilliant. I mean, I think that way about the entire band but I would think that even someone who doesn't like Pink Floyd would still appreciate how great Gilmour was.
