Saleh not being able to field a competent defense in his second season is fireable. You have to get your side of the ball right as a new head coach, particularly after all the resources sunk into the unit.

And its his own damn fault he wasn't on the field Week 1, let alone today.  Even if he plays well its only a matter of time before he gets hurt again.  Can't trust him to stay healthy a full season until he does it.
