Watching Saleh on the field reminds me of Bowles. Not a lot going on, just stoically watching the game without much interaction with anybody. Bowles didn't take playcalling away from Rodgers until this time in his third year, just months before they were all fired. Even then, he only took away a small amount of playcalling duties. I could see Saleh letting Ulbrich go, which would be a huge mistake. Unlike Bowles, who had that good first year, Saleh's staff doesn't have anything productive to point at to defend continuing to do the same thing week after week.
