Saleh is going to get the rest of this season, like Zach. He has to improve if he wants a 3rd year. My guess he gets a third year on a short leash, but he may have to throw his DC under a bus to save his job. Of course, if they don't improve or they backslide - he can easily be gone after this year.

I also suspect that JD gets another shot at HC if Saleh is gone - he has been pretty good (not great) these past two years.
