Now with Rodgers in the fold, if we stay put and don't move down I'm hoping for something like:

1(15): Broderick Jones, OT(if he's still there) or Darnell Wright, OT

2(43): Bryan Bresee or Keanu Benton, DT

4(112): JL Skinner, S

5(143): Ivan Pace or Cam Jones, LB

5(170): Jaxson Kirkland, OG  (target a C in '24)

Ideally though my preference would be to move down from 15.  Pick up another 2nd this year and another 2nd next year, if possible.  I'm looking at Cinci as a good target.  I can see them pretty desperate to add an elite TE.  One of Kincaid or Meyer.  Chances are at least one of those guys will be on the board when we pick.  I think if you do that, you'll still have some solid options at 28 as far as OL goes.  Harrison, Mauch, Steen, maybe even Torrence(and slide AVT to RT).  Then take a DT(Bresee, Benton, Smith) and LB(Henley, Simpson, Campbell) in the 2nd.  This would be my preference.  If we stay put though, I'm hoping for the above.

Okay I did one draft with no trades and another with.  One thing I will say is that the Bengals continue to offer the 28th pick and Jonah Williams to move up to 15.  I did take this into consideration:

I don't think they'd do this, and no trades which ideally I'd like them to move down, but this would be a different way to attack their needs in a thoughtful way while focusing on high character guys at important spots. Think with that context, JSN would be high on my target list at #15 and Ojulari at #43 so maybe this is a way to make the rest work without picking up additional picks after moving out of those spots.

Think we know JSN works at his game, Ojulari was a leader at LSU. Both guys have some athletic traits, can play this year, and play positions that will have holes next year. Pickens a highly recruited guy and leader at South Carolina. Mapu is my favorite LB in the class for the Jets - LB/S which I think fits what they want and good football character. Witt is later than you'd want to take a developmental LT and may not be ready in a year but has a ton of upside and if you don't want to pass on JSN or Ojulari maybe that's a way to add someone to the tackle room.

Would guess this class leads to picking up Becton's option too. Just something a little different.
