I guess this is off topic for the thread, but reading his article, can anyone explain to me what this means?  Is he missing some words or did he use the wrong words here, or am I just not getting it?

Gardner’s been as good as anyone could have foreseen, allowing 43 percent completions and a 51.1 passer rating in coverage through the first seven weeks, per PFF. What’s cool about him is nothing—not facing Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay, not seeing Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill against Miami—is too big.

And Oc? 😂😂😂 for real though I’ll be kinda pissed if they trade a first round pick and don’t get somebody back who can help the offense. Go get Tunsil, guys a top 5 LT

Exactly my thought. Get Tunsil if you're willing to deal a first rounder - you probably would only need to give a second rounder at this point. We got a ton of sacks yesterday - let's strengthen our unit that is most in need - the OL.

Given how well the matt ryan and Russell Wilson trades have gone this year,  I'm guessing you won't need a 1st to get a decent vet.

And if you do,  you could use a 2nd and future 1st.

We’ll see. I want Lamar or Rodgers.

Fant and Max Mitchell are coming back at some point though.

Chubb almost makes the D a super unit. Can you win a super bowl like this anymore? *shrugs

might as well try….as long as it’s w Flacco or White at QB

If they get Chubb, then they’re planning to bench Zach. You don’t go all in and also say, let’s endure his growing pains at the same time.

I don’t think either of those players hold you back from bringing in a top-five left tackle. Keep the depth for this year and next year move on from Fant and Brown. Tunsil and Mitchell at LT/RT keep Becton as a cheap backup

My guess would be no, the bills had the top defense last year and couldn't stop a nose bleed in that game against the chiefs.

Screw that give Green Bay whatever they want for Aaron Rodgers

Thing is, most of you guys would never have been patient enough to let Rodgers develop. It's kind of the Yankee mentality - let someone else develop a player and then buy him instead of developing your own (I know they do develop some guys but they end up buying the marquee guys all the time). How many years did Arod sit before he played? That's a lot of practices. Zach has immense talent and can rip through any offense. He needs to learn what to do when under duress. He will be fine. I haven't seen a Jet QB with this potential since Namath when I was really, really young :) - only caught the end of his career but saw him beat the Pats live. He should at a minimum get this year and next year to develop. Guys with his talent don't grow on trees.

Wouldn't mind trading for Rodgers this year.  Packers are pretty much toast.

Would love to bring AR here but I wouldn't want to trade a bunch of assets if his plan is to retire at the end of the year (which I have no idea if it's true but it is rumored).

A 1st and elijah for chubb and Sutton.

Wilson clearly prefers big targets. Sutton is 27 but still an emerging WR that I think would help Wilson a ton.  We have zero contested catch guys and Sutton would fix that.

I understand your argument

But Sutton is overrated

I'd rather have Jeudy, somebody who gets separation

I'm not giving up a 1st for anybody on the Broncos

1st round picks are gold
