All depends on how they do for the rest of the year.

Look for Jimmy G to go to the Bucs, Colts or Commanders or .... hold on to your hats, even the Patriots who will have a ton of cap space.

bla bla bla
Jimmy G - Won't cost draft pick - Knows staff (and got to SB with them) & some players - Knows playbook so zero learning curve for a SB run - High floor, probably a lower ceiling than some QBs but I don't believe that to be prohibitive - May be pissed the Patriots traded him away. Would be poetic justice to break our winless streak with their former QB. Draft a high upside raw QB (I'm looking rounds 3/4) and have Zach be the backup, insurance, trade bait.

That's my only hang up on him. I think, for the right team, he waves the no trade clause. 1, I'm not really sure the Raiders will ultimately trade him - he's a very good QB. They don't grow on trees, but recent trades suggest it's surely doable. 2. Will the Jets be a team for which he's willing to waive the NTC? I think this is the more challenging variable.

Yea based on his interviews it seems like he loves playing for Vegas and with Adams. Buddy of mine who's a Raider fan loves Carr, thinks he's a good QB, but understands if the Raiders hit the reset button. Gotta think he'd cost a 1st + some

I know, I'm in that same boat but there is some poetic justice to have him end the Patriots streak against us. He tried to cheat his way to Miami to face BB so I can see him wanting to go to a team Bill truly hates in the Jets. I don't want to win a SB that way but Pats fans would be rolling over in their graves haha
