Zach is just immature. He will grow out of that. Zach is going through some serious humbling right now. All the times before when Zach was on the sideline watching he was injured and rehabbing. The team was handling him like a valuable asset. Now he is being told you are not good enough to start and we are going to have you run the scout team and stand there in street clothes on the sideline. I’m not suggesting he fetches the same as Darnold. Wilson has had a couple of decent games also and he’s got a much better arm than Sam and may have actually been working with less last year. Right now he's not good enough or focused enough to be an NFL backup. It's one of if not the biggest reason he was inactive and benched.
