And Seattle who every one has been just heaping praise on all year are 6-5 and i believe currently not in the playoffs.

I’m not sure why you’d be concerned about Geno and the Seahawks deservedly getting praised for exceeding everyone’s expectations, but whatever… ?‍♂️

Well I believe in a sense, of fairness, of balance.  In some pregame radio shows the commemorators were blathering that Pete Carroll should for sure be coach of the year.  The national media have been slobbering all over the seahawks, they are 6-5.  Also I never said one word about Geno so not sure why you felt the need to bring him into the discussion.  The Jets?  No one says shi* about the Jets other than to sneer at the Qb situations.

And if it really was 'whatever' to you I'm sure you would not have commented.

Sorry, Beer. I didn’t realize you cared about the award. It wasn’t my intent to get you so riled up.

To most NFL fans, the Jets benching the overall #2 pick was a pretty big story, and yeah, Geno having the year he has is another one.
As for Carroll? He’s a top guy who has been around a long time. A lot of fans probably don’t even know the name of our HC. Keep winning and that will change.

The silver lining is the Patriots are the reason we are done with Zach. They did us a favor.

Adam Gase really is the savior of this franchise.  First, he hired JD to orchestrate a mass influx of talent over several years.  Next, have JD sign White to the practice squad.  Gase KNEW the only way to get him onto the field would be to eliminate the remaining quarterbacks.  First was Darnold.  Purposely not mentoring him made it a no-brainer to move on from him after the 2020 season.  Then, win just enough games to miss out on TLawrence and have to settle for Zach.  Gase was there for Darnold’s ghost game against the Pats.  He knew full well there was no way Zach Wilson out of BYU could make it passed Bill Belicheat alive.  Zach perished, Mike White was subsequently promoted to starter, and the rest is history.

I agree. The half-time shows were mostly the same. I saw two half-time shows and the Jets reaching 7-4 by blowing out the Bears with Mike White at quarterback was relegated to the "other games" screen where the results of about 8 games were lumped together and appeared for about 5 seconds. If we win the super bowl we still won't get any respect.

and Brady appears done.

Please tell that to the posters here that for some unknown reason want him to be the Jets QB next season.  I'd rather give up football than see a younger Brady in a Jets uniform, but to bring him in at 46 years old is insane -  and about 98% of the fan base feels the same way.
