Any chance we get flexed?

What is w/ the obsession to flex games?  These threads come up every other day.

I dont really need the Jets on in primetime but for the love of god do we really need to keep seeing the Steelers, Packers, and Rams.

The NFL is absolutely ridiculous in giving so many primetime games to those teams they deem "good" before the start of the season.

I like 1 pm games better too. But Yes, The whole  idea of flexing is to put a more significant game in prime time. The Colts on Sunday night, really?

The Colts are also playing MNF now. Not sure who made this schedule and thought the Colts should be in any prime time game.

Colts-Cowboys is staying. NBC has to decide by Tuesday the week prior to the game. The question is will NBC flex out Broncos-Chiefs (I would guess yes) in two weeks for Eagles-Giants (most likely) or Jets-Bills.

The Broncos are trash but people might want to tune to see how bad Wilson has gotten. On the other side, Mahomes is a big draw regardless of who plays. I think they keep it.

I’m going to the Bills game in Buffalo with my buddy who’s a Giant fan.  He wants the game to stay at 1pm so we can rest after the game and watch the Giants at night and I can’t argue with him.  Going to a night game in Buffalo probably not the best experience.

This is of course assuming they flex the Giants to SNF.

Colts were one of those teams that was supposed to be a “QB away”, and once they got Matt Ryan became a bit more marketable.  Similar to the Broncos when they got Russ.

No one could have imagined either QB tanking quite THIS hard.  And I’m not sure how the Colts are as bad as they are overall, either.

Goodness gracious

Nobody wants to see the Colts in prime time again

The TNF and MNF slate has been absolute trash all season

They force fed the Denver Broncos to the country early in the season thinking Wilson would be good

It’s almost embarrassing. These “primetime” games have been ridiculous.

Disagree about Matt Ryan tanking this hard. He was not great last year and had much better overall offensive talent (outside of Taylor).

Russ I agree with. I know he wasn't what he used to be but who could have imagined him and the Broncos sucking this bad.

I said this a few weeks ago, with our luck, the game @ the Bills will get flexed and the Jets will lose by 40 for the whole world to see.

now that is what you would call SOJ

Except for week 18 games can be flexed but at least 12 days notice needs to be given.  If week 14 games get changed we would find out by today.

I would assume that Chiefs Broncos gets flexed out but still haven’t seen anything yet.  I’d imagine Jets vs Bills, Giants vs Eagles, Dolphins vs Chargers or 49ers vs Bucs are all better options.

Don’t know if you know this - going to Buffalo isn’t a great experience.
