idk. he said we will play them again. It's a safe answer bc we will play them again. Next year.

Oh, you didn't read the article.  Gotcha.

What else would you expect our HC to say?

Regardless of what the expectations have been - this has been a great year for the Jets.

They will win 2X games over last year at the very least

They have been in the games and have not given up

The Organization has been making reasonable decisions.

We are finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel

Still have to figure out the QB situation that we wasted a top 2 pick on, otherwise I feel pretty good about the future. But that whiff does have the “potential” to really hamper things.

Jets are basically in if they win out.

You can't ask for much more then being in control of your own destiny.

The only way the Jets are out, even if they win out, is if the Pats also win out, which would mean the Pats swept the final three weeks of the season against CIN, MIA and @ Buf.

That game @Buf in week 17 looks like it will still be a must win for the Bills in order to get the #1 seed.  The Bills have the tiebreaker over the Chiefs due to their head to head win, but the Chiefs final four games are @HOU, SEA, DEN, @LV - all games they will be significant favorites in.

I like our chances...but ultimately it's all up to the Jets.

If the Chargers win out don’t they still win the AFC tie breaker btw us?  I think we need the fins & chargers to lose some & the Pats to sulk away.  Season may come down to final week against Miami.

Between Darnold and Wilson, we’ve wasted a lot of time an draft capital on lousy QBs. The Becton pick wasn’t a gem either. You can’t keep whiffing on top 5 guys and not have it come back to haunt you.
It’s nice to see we finally got the first round thing down in the last draft, but those other 3 were horrible.

Probably not a big topic because he didnt actually predict it, just said vaguely, we'll see them again.  Which, is unpredictable, if the Jets make the playoffs, who knows how the seeding would play out.

Yea, they’re a division rival. This quote is a nothingburger, as the kids say.

All true.

Plus, between Idzik and Mac, we whiffed in almost a decade of complete draft classes. To be competitive right now is a nice surprise, imo.
