A shame about that Smith play in the endzone. Almost a beautiful throw and catch, and if not should've been PI. Got screwed there.

That and his first pass of the game out of the end zone was blatant pass interference.

It's unreal how they "let them play" when we're on offense for the past 10 years, but call everything when we're on defense.

Maybe trying to make Wilson a system QB game manager was the problem...so far MLF is calling a lot of roll outs and taking shots deep which I didn't see any of all season.

Zach gets accurate when he gets out on the move. He seems to struggle going through he reads in the pocket, which is not comforting.

The 40 and 50 yarders were under thrown, but the Lion secondary is so bad Zach got away with both. He looks a lot better than I was expecting though.

The second half should be fun… it felt like both teams left a lot of points out there.

This is basically the only 1st half summary anyone needs. Spot on.

They drafted the worst possible QB for their system....they either need to play to his strenghts or trade him.

I legit dont understand how the Jets continue to get ****ed by the refs, game after game.  Like, it seems unreal how often sh*t doesnt get called, how ticky tacky the Jets get called....like, has nobody in the franchise complained at all?  I get officiating sucks in general but am I crazy or does it at times feel deliberate w/ this team?

It’s really bad. Someone in the Jets media department should whip up a quick “highlight” video of awful non-calls and submit it to the league office as a formal complaint.

That was PI he pulled him back and impacted his ability to catch it. So frustrating.

Good to end the half tied. Jets get the ball and let Zach build on the first half.

The kid is streaky they have to remember that. Getting him off to a fast start is so important.

Agreed. They should keep letting him throw it on the run. Detroit’s secondary is a sieve.

SALEH NEEDS TO SAY SOMETHING

Post-game, he needs to make headlines. Be willing to take a huge fine, and TEAR THE OFFICIALS A NEW ONE.

This isn't even debatable any more. The Jets week in and week out aren't just on the unfortunate side of unbalanced calls. It is CLEAR AS DAY THAT THEY ARE BEING TARGETED. You can't consistently miss this volume of blatant calls otherwise.

Drastic action is needed to shine a light on this nationally.

I’m not joking when I say this:

The officials and the league were, very clearly, not happy with Garrett Wilson calling them out.

meh, this has been happening, all season.  The Mac Jones bull sh*t, the first half vs. the Vikings, officiating sucks, for sure but it really does feel deliberate.
