This is not on Zach.

He stepped up in the pocket and got hit, he didn’t run into a DE that got lost upfield and bail out the defense. The OL had a bad day and was getting pushed back all day. Zach and LeFleur went into a shell after the pick.

OL was dominated and the team was one dimensional.  They have no run game.

51% completion

I'm not a stats guy. They are an indicator, but rarely tell the story. Completion % can be constant pressure, or no one's open, or receivers dropping balls.

I didn't see any of that today. I saw a guy miss open players (maybe a drop or two). The last miss on Berrios could have been the game.

I should’ve specified that he’s not even close to being the guy who deserves most the blame for the loss, obviously he had a cold streak in the 2nd half that hurt us. But the kid made so many plays outside of the pocket, the only offense we were able to generate today came from his ability to extend plays and make unorthodox throws downfield.

Fwiw, I’m still on board with bringing White back whenever he’s healthy.

Of course it's not on Zach.
Zach has them in a position to win the game.
Defense, 2:00 warning with a 4 point lead.  All the D had to do was not let up a TD and the Jets win.
Then put the team in FG range at the end of the game.
Blaming Wilson is so incredibly agenda driven that people really aren't watching football.
Look, QB's need to win games - but this vital that he was the reason they lost is absurd on its face..

Zach made enough plays to win the game. What the hell was that time management at the end? After that big play to GW, call a timeout and reset. The OL did no favors today in the running game and when it mattered most the protection was dogsh*t.

Um yeah it was. Damn berrios even had shot at game winning TD. But Zach missed him, just like he misses Wilson and Moore repeatedly.

Zach Wilson played good enough to win idc how it looks if at the end it’s a W…. Defense sold the ****in game on a 4th down to a bum ass 3rd string TE first catch the entire day…. Then the don’t even use the damn timeouts the right way and they even have a coach on the staff who’s only job is the clock sh*ts sickening …. Wouldve been great to have a win here and short week Thursday … I’ll feel like today a win if chargers lose hopefully

You wanted him to throw for 400 yards and 4 TDs instead?

He made one absolutely horrible decision on the INT. He also missed a couple of open WRs. Not a very good game, but the scrutiny of every Wilson pass is comical. Watch the rest of the NFL. Guys make bad passes all day or else every team would be scoring 30 a game.

Wilson needs to do more to warrant being this teams QB next year, but this game was not on Zach.

how many poorly thrown balls do you need to see... The ones caught was mostly due to adjustments

I love all of this Zach Wilson vs Mike White discussion as if either of these f*cking guys is going to be our starter next year.

If Douglas doesn’t do whatever is necessary to land a proven, at least solid QB in the offseason…then he’s a smoothbrain.

You have the pieces on defense, you have the young talent at the skill positions.

If he decides to roll with either of these dicks behind center instead of upgrading then he and Saleh can both kick rocks.
