I looked into him when scouting last year, he reminds me a ton of Jarvis Landry, at a smaller size.  His ability to change directions is exceptional, especially because he sets them up really well with head and shoulder fakes.  His route stems are Wes Welker like almost impossible tm defend.

Here's the problem, I'd be shocked if he ran under 4.5 at the combine.  I expect like 4.55 type run based on tape, because far too many times he got easily caught from behind, or were in the process of getting chased down.  He short area quickness is exceptional, but I don't believe in his long speed, and given his size, I think he's going to fall in the draft to the second round.    

I would take him in the second if we could, but I don't know if WR is a need position for us right now.  I feel like OT, LB, and S are bigger priorities.
