Wondering if the lack of designed runs isn't due to the fact that he's had two knee injuries so far.

For me he should have never been out there Aaron Rodgers had 2 years. If you're going to put them out there once his fundamentals breakdown take them on out .They could have told the whole world if they're going to gradually work him and any other rookie in.

You're kidding right?  They would be lucky to get a third rounder for him.  Zach has been paid $26 of his $35MM 4 year contract.  They only owe him another $9MM over the next 2 years.    If she wants him traded, give the Jets back that bonus, or at least half of it.  

Better yet, turn the "toxic Fanbase" around.   Try completing 60%+ of your passes including 99% 0f the gimme's most college starters make every day.  Maybe a combination of his growth and a reasonably decent offensive line and he might get there yet.  Look at Geno Smith.  Who expected his current success?

Moms are always protective.  The fan should have left her alone and respected her position and she should stay away from inciting an angry fan.  Zach needs to be better.  Fans were patient for 20 starts, but it is time for Zach to lead this team or give someone else a chance.  Instead, Zach has single handedly sabotaged this teams chances.  He may not be the only one, but if we had average quarterback play, we would be in the playoffs already.
