Titans/Jags are irrelevant, one will win division and one would finish 8-9. 

Need Pitt tonight over LV because raiders would hold tiebreaker over us in a 9-8 record tie, so they need to lose one more time. Even if LV wins tonight they still have two tough games with SF and KC.

Dolphins need to lose 1 of next 2 (GB&NE) to pull our head to head tiebreaker with them back into play.

Pats need to lose 1 of next 2 (MIA&BUF) obv prefer them beat Miami and lose to Buffalo.

Then obviously Jets win out.

There’s also another scenario involving chargers losing 2 of 3 combined with ne losing 1 of final 2, and Jets winning out.

Yep - this is it. Raiders will be hard-pressed to win out.  NE will be hard-pressed to win in Buffalo with the Bills likely needing the game for the 1 seed. 
 

the only team that I could see eliminating us before week 18 is Miami.
 

If Miami loses either this week or next week, I believe us winning out would get us in.

He may be the cheapest “outsider” to bring to the team given how f*cked our QB situation is. I don’t think he’s that great and would avoid him if the price is too high.

We should just sign Mike White for $10-$15mil (preferably backup money closer to $10 but JD already messed this up). Then we can get another vet insurance policy that won’t cost too much ($5-$7.5mil) and draft a developmental QB in the mid rounds that is perfect for our system. This ensures we have competent system QBs since all QBs but Zach have looked good in this offense.

Focus on and spend the rest of our resources bolstering the many areas of this team that could use it while getting rid of bad FA contracts. 2023 we will be a playoff team and 2024 even stronger. No more garbage.

Mustache looks more than capable to me. I love Mike White and would rather ride with him but I don't think he can last a full season. Minshew, White and a project rookie sounds like a decent upgrade to the QB room we have now.
