We lost twice to a crapola pats team we have lost 4 games down the stretch when the playoffs are there for us.  The QB has been lousy, defense and special teams have faded badly.  We have had to have EVERYTHING go our way this week to just have a shot at it.   The best we can do on the year is 9-8, so no we do not deserve to be in the playoffs on record and level of play when it counts.

Just like the winner of the awful awful NFC south does not deserve to be in the playoffs.

“Deserves” has got nothing to do with it

And yet at the end of the season we can be 9-8 and make the playoffs.  I don’t get how that makes us undeserving of a spot.  That’s all, it’s silly.  We don’t deserve it, then who does?  It’s nothing like the NFCS where the winner could be sub .500

Tough sledding for Denver moving forward. They seem to be on the path to firing their HC - I wonder if this is a potential spot for Sean Payton? They’ve got a great defense and their offense has some talent on it with a ‘franchise QB’. Maybe Payton could bring back out the old Wilson

New owners are going to fire everyone on the spot

One of the dumbest narratives ever pushed in sports media was that it was somehow The Seattle Seahawks fault that they had a few bad years and they weren't surrounding Russel Wilson with enough talent....the dude literally had a stacked team for a decade had one bad year and started crying and then it became poor Russell 24/7.
