GW was mailing it in during the 4th qrt.

I noticed that too.

so much for a young team with weapons.

both tight ends stink

Gw though talented is a baby

mims stinks

Berrios is a total clown

offensive line stinks ( still)

still no quarterback

Corey Davis is a bum

few Players on defense, Breece coming off a terrible injury. This team is absolutely no better off than last year. Way more questions than answers.

Where’s his positional coach? Oh yeah I forgot. We don’t have anyone, and who we had before was a guy more interested in golfing the Navesink than he was actually coaching the group.

Interested in your opinion- coaching staff stays or goes?

Did anyone mention the Miles Austin suspension?

Good for him.  I didn’t see it for myself, but the sooner he requests a trade, the better off he will be.  Rooting for him wherever he ends up.

I can't wait for GW to request a trade so the NYJ can go down in history as the first team to have 3 wide outs demanding a trade all at once

Miles Austin getting suspended for gambling is an example of the franchise level incompetence that the Jets are masters of... No one sucks harder... Thanks Woodrow

He was a goner before the suspension. Don’t get me wrong I like him personally- we’re members at the same country club. But when he’s finding time to golf during the season I have a problem with it

there will be important changes but I do not expect them to fire everyone.

I don’t think so, one good thing I saw from him today was no histrionics kind of put downs to Jets QB he’s done in the past when QB throws bad passes after he gets open. It’s bush league didn’t see it today even though White highly inaccurate esp to him all day. He had targets few catches today.

Elijah Moore is a bum and probably rubs off on the room. But yeah Wilson was dogging it. Wooten is probably the DROY and he clamped him down.

You know what??? I mentioned most of the offense above ( not in a good way). I didn’t even think of EM. He’s such a non factor I almost forgot he was in the league.

Yes! Of course he’s a underachieving bum too.

Not instigating legit curious because I used to play a lot of basketball with him during high school in Bergen County (went to different schools but mutual friends) I always thought he was a good dude but annoyingly stupid.

I was worried when they announced his hire as a coach. From what you’re saying it seems he wasn’t taking his job seriously. How did he even get it?

The Jets predraft personality assessment needs some tweaking. Moore stinks. Won’t be on the team next season. His buddy Carter could be gone too.

I don’t want to say that. I think he wanted to give coaching a try as a post-playing career and did well as an intern in SF. He got the perfect opportunity when Saleh got the job because it allowed him to return home to his wife and kids more consistently, who live in Monmouth County.

My point is that coaching in the NFL is hard, and usually there isn’t much room for free time during the season if you’re doing your job right. Miles seemed to find a lot more free time than most coaches do. When you couple that with persistent WR issues whether it be outbursts on/off the field or having guys in sync with their route running and understanding of the playbook, you have to eventually look at the coach and wonder if there’s something wrong there.

Ahhh he was an intern at SF. I was wondering what the connection was.

Edit: I’m naturally frustrated so my original post was more emotional. I don’t want to insinuate anything but the above is the more reasoned response. The WR room lacks discipline, and fair or unfair Miles Austin did not do anything to help that.

EOD there are 2 rooms that seem to have persistent issues: QB and WR. It would’ve been very easy for some of the OL or TEs or RBs or CBs or LBs or Ss or DL on this team to have outbursts or require special treatment via “resets” for a number of reasons whether it be displeasure with usage or playcalling. Why didn’t we see/hear about those positions? Because the positional coaches in those rooms have their sh*t straight. The QB and WR rooms do not, which has led Saleh having to babysit and come up with outside of the box ideas on how to simmer things down and mop up the messes for 2 years in a row now. That’s a problem.

Even more concerning is the head coach does not seem to have good operational oversight if these issues are persistent in multiple units of the team.

Look I get it, my job I oversee multiple teams, sh*t happens. But this seems to be a downward trend that he (Saleh) hasn’t been able to resolve.

I was really hoping to finish the season strong and not have HC concerns…

I’m more concerned that Mike LaFleur can’t resolve them or effectively communicate and needs the HC to step in each and every time. Just feel like LaFleur lacks leadership and approaches each game plan/play call as if he’s playing madden. He has zero pulse for his players intra-game and it shows.
