The defense next year, cover 1, more man, more blitzing

that would be smart. therefore, I don't think we do it.

Sauce isn't even scratching the surface of what he is capable of yet. You look at the other side of the field and they are set there as well.

When the front four gets there they are dominant. But without a Watt or Bosa brother on this team they aren't getting there off the edge enough. Give them some help and mix in some blitzing.

Other QBs have been able to settle in against this defense. Geno didn't break a sweat today.

They have the personnel to change that next year.

Get two new safeties. Probably going to cut the Lawson and they already have the talent to replace him on the roster.

Need a safety that can improve the coverage in the middle of the field. Need a center fielder.

But no more soft zones. Blitz more. Take some chances.

They have two of the best corners in football. Use them.

Only would happen with a new head coach. Amazing they played as much man as they did but Sauce forced them to.  Sauce is just crazy good.

Good strategy. Get some sunglasses to go with that hat.

CJ Mosely had the 8 th most tackles in the league

And how far from the LOS did he make them on average, would you say?

He only had 4 TFLs all season, with no Forced Fumbles.  So him making a bunch of tackles after 6 yard gains doesn’t do much for me.  Particularly since he can’t cover or get to the QB.

The fourth and 1 offside penalty he had in Buffalo when everyone knew the Bills were trying to draw the Jets offsides was awful.  I’ve seen him make tackles but not many for losses and no turnovers.  He has a salary cap hit of $21 million next season.  If that number drops to $6-8 million then maybe bring him back.  He is also getting old and we need some youth at the LB position.

Ulbrich deserves to be scapegoated more than MLF if we’re being honest.

No.

We've scored 3 offensive touchdowns in the last 5 games (!), 2 in the last 4 games (!), 1 in the last 3 games (!), and NONE in the last 2 games (!). Mike White started three of those games. All with the playoffs on the line. The offense is a train wreck - it was devastated by injuries to Hall and AVT, no question, but it's still badly run.
