Where are all his assistants these days? How has he done developing QB's? What reason, other than nostalgia, do you have for hiring Rex Ryan as our Head Coach in 2022? 5 1

Larz
It got weird and then he flamed out with the bills. I don’t think Saleh is in trouble actually. I think MLFs seat is pretty hot but it’s possible that we’re just getting new QB coaches.

Woody would 100% hire him if there were some well-placed articles in the NY post and a rigged focus group. We might be able to make this happen.

The brash, fearless bravado is just caricature now. His tenure with the Jets turned him into a self-preserving manipulator. It’s literally what he was fired for. You still see it in the media context. Dont ever firget how quick that fat pussy walked his comments about Saleh back after Rob put him in the corner. 6

Went .500, the jets haven’t gone .500 or better in 8 years 3. Irrelevant again. Belichick’s assistants have done horribly 4. Almost got to a super bowl with Sanchez who was never good to begin with 5. In 2013 Rex got 8 wins with a rookie Geno throwing to trash. We can’t get 8 wins with a much better roster and the next Pat Mahomes at QB

AL047
It wouldn't surprise me at all if owner Woody Johnson hires Rex again!!!! Woody is craving that back page story that Rex use to get weekly in the media. Yes, Rex took the Jets to the AFC Championship game twice with Mark Sanchez at QB. But after that everything fell apart because he started picking the players in the draft and the GM at the time Mike Tannenbaum let him. After Rex left, that team had no foundation at all, and it was a complete mess. Bringing Rex back you will see more of the same and the team going down the tubes. No veteran player will want to play for the Jets because he doesn't want to be part of a circus. The drafting will be horrible because he will be picking the players not the GM

We don't need the circus back in town.
