It's hysterical.

Can't wait for the Aaron Rodgers thread.

It's interesting. It's like being a Jets fan is a form of mental illness. You can look at this team and honestly say if they had even adequate QB production this team not only is solidly in the playoffs but might win 11-12 games.

1 down about 17 more rumors of QB's Jets interested in until they start Zach again next year.

What's Josh Johnson up to?  He still playing football somewhere in the states or do we need to negotiate with a foreign entity to get him back?

The bottom line is there are a number of paths the jets can take and not all of them exclude zwilson.  The could do like the giaints did with Kurt Warner. Get an older qb to start for maybe two years and then turn over to zwilson.  Tricky because zwilsons fifth year option could come up with him still watching. Another path is to go after a proven starter like Carr who still has 5+ seasons left. Another plan is to go back to the draft and get a top prospect.  The problem here is that this is becoming a win now team so there’s not much room for getting a qb not ready for prime time.  About the only sure thing is they need to get the oline and run game straightened out.  IMO zwilson behind a top oline with breece hall and he can be plenty effective. The same can be said of just about any qb they bring in.

No, like, he physically can't play the position any more.  Think Flacco, but worse.  That's what we'd be getting.

*looks at broken robot Stafford... looks at lost Zach... looks at Stafford in a neck brace with the Lombardi next to him... looks at scared Flacco showing up at the stadium week 18... looks at Stafford in a full body cast throwing accurate bombs down field... looks at F'ing Garbage Mike White lobbing duds*

Yeah, Stafford sounds pretty pretty good right now.

"Flacco but worse" sounds "pretty good" to you?  And I thought that was masochistic.

No one is worse than Flacco except Mike White. And I am a Jets fan. You are a Jets fan. We are both masochists by choice, bruh.

Yet somehow Stafford is indeed still worse than them now because he's no longer physically able to play the position.

But sure, pine for a Stafford that no longer exists if you'd like.

No longer physically able to play? He seemed fine last season when he won a super bowl. He got injured this season. That happens.

That said, I don't want any part with Stafford, Rodgers, Brady, or any of those old players who got exposed this season.

He had elbow issues AND nerve damage/spine issues that made him a completely different player.  It's not just a "it happens" situation.  He's toast.  Done.  He can't play the position any longer.

Stopppp.

why do people want the Jets to pickup every crippled QB in the league when Zach Wilson is our backup? Y'all gone mad.

Maybe when Tom Brady is 60 years old, everyone will say he should come play for the Jets. That would make sense.

Breaking News.... Cowherd. reports that Mahomes wants out of KC after finding out Andy Reid is drawing on players faces while they sleep on the plane. Cowherd sources confirm that Mahomes has been targeted multiple times. could be a good fit for the jets...

I'd rather someone not play than play like what we saw. I pine for EVERYONE thats not one of our terrible options. Shoot, I Googled what is Mike Chang from Hawaii up to.
