Strevler got the reputation he can't pass after one bad throw under terrible

weather conditions. During his three come from behind  victories this

Petty looked like a future hall of famer in preseason. Streveler in real game action looked bad.

The Jets mismanaged the QB position, in all ways. 

If I was Saleh, I was starting White with Streveler as QB 2.  Think about it.  Opponents prepare for White.  Streveler has a change up package, like Taysom Hill.  If White gets hurts, Streveler comes in and confuses the other team.  

Now, if White can’t play, you don’t start Streveler.  If opponents prepare for him he is doomed.  You start Flacco or Wilson.  Streveler can be QB2 still.  He is never QB1, but he has a use.

Moreland is a good backup to have 

 

Taylor led the preseason in catches 2 years ago

surratt played one game this season and got hurt.
