Guy was a good talent evaluator and crafter a defensive roster that was stout and getting even better ... He flamed out due to personality issues and clashes. Rex was a caretaker. Plus he's the only human alive i have seen call Belichik out for his bullsh*t ... course he ultimately paid the price.
