Beyond indifferent. Don’t care about them from a game to game standpoint but I’m jealous that they’ve gotten their sh*t together before us. Never really been anti-Giants.

A lot of Giants fans are arrogant they put all the gear in moth balls until they win.

It’s a weird situation for me.

My dad is 93, and he and my daughter are both Giants fans. They love watching the games together every week. I love that they share that and want to see them both happy.

If I’m up on Long Island visiting I always get a kick out of watching it with them, so to be honest, I wanted to see the Giants win. (Especially for my dad)

I'm sure every Jet fan is jealous that they made the playoffs 7x in the last 20 years and won 2 Superbowls in that time frame.  We can only imagine....

Yes. Had to listen to Giants fans all week being cocky and confident they were going to go down to Phily and destroy them. Instead they were destroyed and embarrassed in every way. Good for them that they made it this far, but the Giants fans can now STFU until next year, when they are 6-11 with their lack of talent and overrated coach. Plus we can have the opportunity to beat them face to face next season.

I never did get the Giants hate. The Jets used to always beat them in the early 80’s. I attribute it to the bitter Mets fan mentality.

I’ll never forget, I was in a bar watching the 2007 Super Bowl and I saw several Jers fans rooting for the patriots to win and get their undefeated season. I couldn’t believe it. The patriots they were rooting for over the Giants. Insane

Nah the only team I root against is the eagles who’s not in the division because I went to college there and the fans are a bunch of assholes

I don’t bet games, but I could see the Eagles getting smoked by the 9ers next weekend.

The entire team, from the players to Sirianni to Roseman strutting around the field in the 4th Q, was out there celebrating as if they had just won the Super Bowl.

My brother is a huge Giants fan. He and my nephew (his son) love to rub it in when the Jets suck (which is all the time).

Absolutely not. The wife is a lifelong Giant fan, and the only time I ever root against them is when we play them for real every four years. Throw in the fact that they lost to a trea from Philadelphia. I despise every team from Philadelphia, their fans and the place in general. The only good thing in Philadelphia is Villanova.

i don't care that much, but i am glad the media narratives on Daboll and Jones can come back to earth. if i had to hear about Daboll Lombardy and Daniel Favre Jones for another week i was going to throw up.

I have Giant fan friends who do rub it in (in a playful way) about how bad the Jets are.  But I'm able to roll with the punches and get a laugh out of it.  I was rooting for the Giants yesterday because who wants to root for the Eagles?!  Plus it keeps things more interesting when they're in it.  

I certainly don't feel the same way about the Yankees/Islanders/Devils though.  I root against those teams.

Mid to late 80s.

Jets start 10-1, and collapse.  Giants won the super bowl.  The radio is playing a "Giants are #1 song."

 Then they win again in 91.

i guess it depends on how you grew up. we always gave each other sh*t when the other team lost. 

an example of recent years whenever we would talk about the Jets and Giants who both sucked for years i would get the occasional , well we got 4 SBs and you got one 60 years ago. well there is no way i want to see them even get close to a 5th. in fact i got a text last night with the same words.
