So they might as well swing for the fences Rodgers is a year removed from his 4th MVP and throwing for 37 TD’s and 4 INT’s. He’s arguably the most efficient QB in NFL history and can still make every throw. Push your chips to the center of the table and go for it. Your “actually” is actually what the OP wants. Also since when did you become a Jets optimist again, thinking they’ll pay JG $30MM+/yr and he’ll then start the first 7 games (finishing 6 of them)? I smell IR before the end of September. Again. Bet the contract has extra seasons guaranteed for injuries that are guaranteed to happen, too. Also even in your optimistic take, it’d still not even be 6 such great games either, should he somehow stay on the field that long.
