The comments on the jets is so totally laughable.

He took a totally sh*tty QB and got the jets to two afc title games, and the jets defense spit the bit in the playoffs as much as the offense.  Shotty is no great shakes but he did well with those jets teams.

2001:  Tony Banks was the quarterback. LOL

2002-2005: Chargers had a top 5 offense in points and top 10 offense in yards in 2004-2005.

2006-2011:  Had about 2.5 seasons of decent QB with Pennington/Favre, after that it was mostly Mark Sanchez with a dash of Kellen Clemens, but still managed enough offense to get to back-to-back AFC Championship games.

2012-2014: It was the St. Louis Rams. They were a mess. Josh McDaniels was the Rams OC the year before and it was the worst offense in the NFL.

2016-2017: In 2016 Andrew Luck was threw for the 8th most passing yards in the NFL, ranked 5th in touchdown passes with 31, a quarterback rating of 96.4 which was 9th best, and the 7th best QBR of 65.9. After losing Andrew Luck to shoulder surgery in 2017 he was forced to start 2nd year player Jacoby Brisset, who had only started 2 games before in his young career.

2018-2020: The Seahawks had a stop 10 scoring offense in all 3 seasons he was their offensive coordinator, and they never missed the playoffs during this time.

2021: I'm sure Schotty regrets taking that job with Urban Meyer. It was just a mess of a season. Can't put the blame on him for that season.

Empty backfield shotgun formations on 3rd and 1…

Pre-snap motion penalties and delay of games…

And my personal favorite, 3rd and 17 in Pittsburgh…

I mean he didn’t exactly “develop” Sanchez either, did he?
