I dont know how QBR works but just a statistical view based on the splits tells a bit of a different story.  This is an interesting perspective as well, leaving out yards and WIlson because who cares but if you looked at this post, you'd be like "ewwww, Rodgers".  But then look at the stats and it's like "oh heyyy there, Rodgers!"

Tannehill -58% comp, 10 TD's and 0 INT's.  15 1st downs, 0 sacks and 2 rushing TD's.

Jimmy G. - 60% comp, 12 TD's and 1 INT.  14 1st downs, 4 sacks and 2 rushing TD's.

Derek Carr - 42% comp, 11 TD's and 2 INT's.  14 1st downs, no sacks, no rushing TD's.

A. Rod - 60% comp, 17 TD's and 2 INT's.  21 1st downs,  3 sacks, 1 rushing TD's.

p.s. - Derek Carr blows goats.

Yes Rodgers and Carr have low red zone percentages...

Because they dont need to drive all the way down to score. They throw all their TDs from 20+ yards out.

I would rather see a stat that shows how many actual times they even visit the redzone, and THEN compare it to their TD%.

Posting in a not-so-stealth "Start Zach Wilson in 2023" thread.

Amazing the 2nd biggest QB bust in NFL history still has so many defending and advocating for him.

When he’s on another team and when (if) he has a non-horrific performance coming on in relief years from now, they’ll be taking victory laps.
