What Do the Jets do in Free Agency if Rogers doesn't make a decision.

We are week away from free agency if this drags on which I think it will because you have a owner fixated on getting Rogers and Rogers who I think is in no rush to make a decision. Do the Jets get at least cheap alternative like Minshew or Brisset or do they bail on Rogers go after Grappolo ? I think they do nothing because of Woody and miss out on getting any vet possibly end up with Zach and a scrub like PJ walker. If Rogers refuses to go and forces Green Bay to cut him after June 1. What do the Jets do predictions? I personally think a deal is on the table but Rogers is stalling on a decision because don't think he wants the Jets but has his back to the wall. Thoughts?

Here’s what I don’t get. Why would we go after anyone who can’t stay on the field because of injuries? We can’t just wish, “maybe things’ll be different and he won’t get hurt anymore.” I mean, any player could get hurt anytime, but it seems foolish to risk a position of such importance on somebody who’s always hurt. My guess is there is a soft deadline in place for Rodgers. Jets will want to finalize a plan for free agency by the start of the week, and they need to know if Rodgers is on board or not.

I'm not a big Lamar fan, mostly bc he's been injured, but I think you have to go offer him a fully guaranteed 3 yr deal with some sweeteners that the Ravens won't match and bring him in. Agreed. He's cheap, and while I have had an up and down set of opinions right now I feel like he's better than people give him credit for.

I don't feel good about having Zach as 2nd string, and Minshew would be a great backup and a decent starter depending on what happens.
