Popular Post Beerfish
Price is okay I suppose, still not sold on our lbs at all. Saying that I'd rather keep Williams and dump mosley. 5 1 1

JohnnyLV
Huff is more important to sign. We could easily lose him with just a 2nd round tender. Moseley seems so replacable

Popular Post OtherwiseHappyinLife
Price is the market rate for a starting quality linebacker of his caliber. Quincy is a good young player who took a nice step up in play this past season. He still has upside at just 26 years old. His brother is a first team All Pro we are looking to sign to an extension. Smart signing.

bla bla bla
17th highest paid. I'm glad we aren't looking for 2 LBs. Now let's snag one in the draft! 2

Moseley seems so replacable I would tender Huff first round which was roughly $6M in 2022. Roughly $1.5M more than a second round tender. We cannot risk losing Huff for a relatively small amount or get caught being forced to match a team looking to pry him free for a 2nd rounder.
BigRy56
Excellent and a great deal. Big fan of Quincy’s game and he wears the best number in football
T0mShane
They gotta go find some speed at that other LB spot, or commit to the nickel.

IndianaJet
I always remember the roughing the passer call against Quincy on the first drive of the first preseason game against the Eagles. Not because of the play itself, but because some here declared the season a total loss at that moment.

Middle or the weak side spot that Kwon played? Assuming you mean Kwon, I’m hoping Sherwood is that cover guy. He can also be valuable playing third down for Mosley. I also think they draft a LB in the third round who replaces CJ next year. Lastly, our new SS Clark is one of the best covering TEs 1 on 1, a huge problem for the Jets the last several years.

Be_a_Jet
Going to be interesting to see this team navigate trying to keep continuity on the roster over next 2 years. Haven’t seen them try that in over a decade
undertow
Besides Rodgers the Jets are going to use most of their money signing their own free agents/players and making smart under the radar signings....anyone expecting Hopkins or Mike Evans are gonna be disappointed.....I don't expect JD to completely sell out just for the next 2 years. 3
Beerfish
linebackers of his ilk are very easily replaced for cheaper than that. 6 mill is not a bank breaker but its not some great deal. Coaching staff loves him though so good for them to get him back.
