All the cards are stacked against them and seeing them persevere and watching them bouncing from rosters to practice squads only to capitalize once they get their shot are my favorite stories in sports. Definitely seems like a huge culture advancer. Humble, wants to work, wants to learn, wants to be a great teammate who is helping build something. Ascending player, coming off his best season, playing for his favorite teacher w/ his buddy at QB.
