Great interview, I love this kid.  What a fantastic story, I love seeing the UDFA's of the league make it.  All the cards are stacked against them and seeing them persevere and watching them bouncing from rosters to practice squads only to capitalize once they get their shot are my favorite stories in sports.  Definitely seems like a huge culture advancer.  Humble, wants to work, wants to learn, wants to be a great teammate who is helping build something.

Ascending player, coming off his best season, playing for his favorite teacher w/ his buddy at QB.  I got a feeling this one of those quiet FA signings that we look back at w/ serious gratitude.

I really like him.  Obviously a big, smart guy that should be a great influence.  It seems like he’ll get along well with Garret.  Man, on these highlights, AR puts the ball exactly where it’s needed.  It’s going to be a fun year.
