Bingo. I think that 2 years is a lock and wouldn’t be shocked if it stretched to 3 when all is said and done

Again. How does it make us worse moving forward if he retires in 2024. Aside from missing out on, let’s say, 2 2nd round picks? Will this stop us from extending Sauce and GW in 3 years?

He’d surely restructure next season by adding void years so you could have an MVP level with a cheap cap hit for a two year window to make a run.    In the NFL you need to either tank or go for it when you have the chance.   Status quo is death

Adding to that if he retires after two years you’d then likely have a young QB with minimal cap hit to absorb what’s left like the Packers are doing this year
