Sauce Documentary

As it stands right now if you had to pick one single player on the Jets who you could guarantee stays here for 5+ years I think he'd have to be the guy, over Quinnen Williams, Garrett Wilson, AVT, etc. He just seems like the guy the franchise should be built around.  (Just wish he was a QB)

It probably comes down to health.

Sauce has everything you want in a franchise player.  Now he just needs a little luck to stay healthy because that's the only thing that could slow him down or stop him from being here ten years.

I was very impressed with this peek inside of all the ingredients that helped create  "Sauce". What stood out was  his self awareness and calm inner drive to be responsible at being the best be it in sports or academically . I found that very genuine and reassuring that he may avoid the pitfalls that fame and wealth can bring.

His mom, as a hard working single mother, seems to have done an incredible job raising him and his siblings. Thought it evident when he said that she asked him early if he's going to be a follower or a leader to which he said a leader and then vowed to never smoke or to drink. Said he still lives by that. And then his recalling with a chuckle the whooping he got from her after getting caught doing flips off his neighbors garage which he followed up with "man, my childhood was fun!"

Think Sauce is my new favorite Jet!...

Scary to think he was the best CB in the league last year as a rookie and he’s only gonna be getting better. Gold jacket type of player.

It still baffles the mind how the Texans took a CB at 3 and it wasn't Sauce.

Stingley is pretty good too, he’s not Sauce tho. Sauce got the length and speed to close on the ball without committing penalties.

Def not knocking Stingley.  From what I've read is he has showed some promise.  But if there was a re-draft it's pretty easy to assume Sauce would go #1 overall.  His career trajectory is just bonkers at this point.

Also, having just watched his highlights again, there were definitely plenty of flags that could have been thrown.  Hoping he continues to get that treatment.
