Brandon Marshall Says He'd Unretire To Join Aaron Rodgers With Jets

Recommended Posts

"Brandon Marshall said during a recent episode of his "I Am Athlete" podcast that he'd be interested in coming out of retirement to play for the New York Jets if the opportunity came up.

The career wide receiver also said he'd be willing to make the switch to tight end if it meant getting the chance to play with Aaron Rodgers for one season.

"Here's why I'll be ready if I get the call to come back as a New York Jet at tight end: We're going to win a Super Bowl," Marshall said.

"I'm going to be able to contribute at a high level, and this is what I'm going to be able to give you: 45 catches throughout the year, 20 to 30 plays a game, and I'm going to give you eight touchdowns."

Ask yourself this would you rather have butter fingers Corey Davis making contested Catches or Brandon Marshall who looks to be in Amazing shape ? Who would move the chains better and not constantly tip the ball into defenders hands ? Yes I know its a bit far fetched but I bet Marshall as a possession WR would out perform Davis in just about every way Including blocking

No but he will score great on the Jets Fan's most important metric: cheapness.
