Joe W. Namath
WWF legend. Was used by Vince McMahon to get the belt to Hogan in 1984. Sheik played an integral role in the explosion of the WWF in the mid 80s. Classic tag team with Volkov and managed by classy freddie blassie. His LJN action figure was great as well. RIP. 2

Trotter
worked in a bldg with law offices on the 4th floor. Buddy of mine was a huge wrestling fan and comes in from the lobby telling us that the sheik and hacksaw got on the elevator with him. They seemed to be buddies and at the time not the two hated rivals they portrayed on tv. Turns out there was a story about a week later that they got pulled in upstate ny after an event either with alchohol or weed in the car and were visiting their lawyers when he ran into them. He was kinda shocked that they were buddies and not the hated rivals.
