Fields is better than Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts put together times ten

LOL, Fields can run he showed that last year, anything else he stinks.  He holds the ball, take sacks, and turns it over.

Off of a few running games last year people act as if he has done something of note.

Non-Wilson Jets QBs 2021-2022:  Sub-5.0 % Sack rate (top 10 in league)

Sorry guys .. been busy at work .. but here is a video proving how right @Jetsfan80 is ...

The entire video is perfect .. but goto 3:50 to see an example of stellar line play.

Oh wow you avoided the point completely and instead provided an anecdotal example in retort.  Color me shocked!

Amazing how the OL consistently only seemed to look bad with Zach under center!  Weird how that works huh.

Guess you didn't watch the video brah .. you know ... The one that completely proved my point that the OL was crap last year.

The one that shows all three QBs struggling behind that formidable wall of stone your advertising.

You avoided me for 2 weeks just to post a video that doesn’t address my question dude.  Lol.

If the OL was bad that would show up in the performance of all Jets QBs, not just Zach.  It didn’t.  For 2 seasons.  He was the only one who struggled to avoid sacks/pressure.

Well that video showed all three QBs struggling behind the line.

Also Mike White was nearly killed because of a complete miss on a free running delayed blitz.

Maybe you truly believe the OL was good last year ... Kudos ... I don't.

He’s not arguing that the OL was “good” or any other subjective term. He is arguing the OL isn’t the reason that Zach has now, for two years in a row, looked utterly lost on the field.

I agree that Zach has not performed remotely well the majority of time to this point .. i have never disputed that.

The point that I was making was that the OL contributed in part to that level of play.

Not a trap or trick, genuinely curious — behind the NFL’s #1 OL, what do you think we would’ve seen from Zach last season?

Justin Herbert played behind the # 32 ranked OL in the league and yet broke the rookie TD passing record.

They weren’t such an awful OL that it’s a valid excuse for Zach Wilson’s play as even much of a contributing factor.  Especially since Zach’s supposed elite ceiling in part was his “elite escapability” and off-platform throwing.

Good?  No.

Average to below average?  Sure.  You’re operating as if it’s so bad it’s going to be a hindrance to Aaron Rodgers.  It really won’t be.

In fact I’m sure the metrics will demonstrate it’ll look like an above average/good/very good unit this year thanks to his influence.

With a top OL Zach would go from God awful to just plain sh*tty.
